Great condo and location—conveniently close to amenities, my walk-in doctor and restaurants. Security and management promptly address any concerns. The building’s amenities and backyard facilities are new and well-maintained. The Board of Directors keeps residents informed with regular updates. To ensure safety and cleanliness during winter, the front entrance was fitted with new carpeting, and the building now features an updated camera system. Happy about it.

Living in this building is a pleasure! The property management and board do an outstanding job of keeping everything in top shape. Unfortunately, some residents who don’t follow the rules are often the ones complaining when fined. It’s a shame, but the efforts to maintain high standards are greatly appreciated. A special thanks to the team for their hard work—please keep up the great work and don’t let the standards slip!

Not a bad place, but I’ve had some issues with noise between units. The building looks great and the location is solid, but I expected a bit more in terms of soundproofing and parking availability.
