Suites have either hardwood floors or wood laminate, and all units have modern bathrooms, and private balconies.

    Lastly, the price per square foot at Panorama Condos is quite reasonable compared other downtown Toronto condos for sale and other buildings in the neighbourhood as well, so even if you’re not completely sold on the finishes, the price point is hard to ignore.

    The Neighbourhood

    A nature lover’s reprieve within the city — The Waterfront neighbourhood is desirable for a reason. As a resident of 38 Dan Leckie Way, you’re just steps from lakeside parks such as Little Norway Park. What makes this location even more appealing is that the Waterfront Trail is only minutes away, providing lakeside walking trails for kilometres to the east and west.

    Even if nature isn’t your thing and you’re just here for the view, there’s still plenty to please you in the area. With the Entertainment District within walking distance, Toronto’s biggest and best attractions are practically on your doorstep — Blue Jays games, the Leafs and Raptors, the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, are all a short walk or streetcar ride away.

    Everybody needs to eat, but not everybody can cook — if you’re one of those people who could find a way to burn water, you’ll find no shortage of great eateries nearby. For something fast, you have Subway, Starbucks, and Tim Hortons.     One could say that the Panorama Condos is the John Tavares of walkability — boasting a 91 Walk Score. As a resident of this building, you can easily accomplish most of your daily errands on foot. In fact, even grocery runs are easy, because Sobeys Urban Fresh Spadina is roughly a 7 minute walk.

    For those who commute via public transit, this building is a great starting point; there are east and westbound streetcars just minutes to the south on Queens Quay W, north and southbound streetcars on Bathurst, east and westbound buses on Fort York Blvd — all with service to Union Station for subway lines and GO Transit.

    Car owners take note — this is absolutely, without a doubt, one of the most drivable locations in Toronto; drivers can reach the Gardiner Expressway via the Spadina on-ramp in less than 2 minutes… mic drop.

    Not my favourite experience. The noise levels were higher than expected, especially from the Gardiner and events nearby. Amenities were okay, but I’ve lived in buildings with better upkeep.

    Staff are always welcoming and polite. I love how quiet it is despite being close to major roads. Nearby amenities like Loblaws, LCBO, and Billy Bishop Airport make life convenient.

    The rooftop hot tub is such a cool feature - rare for a mid-sized condo. Also love that there’s a convenience store downstairs and everything I need is walkable. Friendly vibe in the building too.

    I've been here 3 years, and things have really improved. The friendly front desk, fresh carpets, and clear maintenance schedules are a plus. Great location near LCBO, Loblaws, parks, and transit.
