Built in 2005, the Equinox II Condos at 50 Brian Harrison Way was created to complement the <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/60-brian-harrison-way-equinox-i-condos">Equinox I Condos</a> at 60 Brian Harrison Way. The Monarch Group is responsible for the pair of towers, with Equinox II reaching to 37 storeys and containing 349 <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/condos">Toronto condos</a>. Like any good 21st century building, 50 Brian Harrison Way maintains an active website, where residents can find an events calendar, contact information for property management, and more.Prospective residents fall for 50 Brian Harrison Way for a number of reasons; its location and its impressive lineup of amenities being just two. Active types can often be found enjoying the building&rsquo;s gym or indoor pool. After an intense workout (or perhaps in place of one), residents can head to the sauna to relax. Social butterflies, on the other hand, will make great use of the Equinox II&rsquo;s party room. Very well managed condo... but the lobby smells a little too chemically, same with the elevators.
