Do not buy or move in here. The southwest corner of yonge eglinton is about to be razed to the ground and new towers are going up. Berwick is right next door and its about to be a noisy mess for 5+ years.

Great location with easy access to the train station and nearby grocery stores. Security is reliable, adding to the building’s convenience and appeal.
