After almost two years I can say it’s been a great living here. The location is the absolute best if you like living trendy in the downtown! The public transport is even better than in downtown and if you want to bike there are good side lanes for that. The new management and concierge are really nice and friendly. Amenities are great and easy to rent

Nice area, close to transit and downtown, lots of trendy spots. The elevators are always slow, especially during move-in days, and the guest rooms are super basic. There could be more areas for kids, but no real complaints

I’ve lived here since day one. Clean, great views, well maintained, and great amenities that you can book online. It feels safe and the security guards are welcoming and i like the location and friendly community. The elevators can be a pain during busy times, and the management has changed a lot since I’ve been here.but I totally recommend living/renting in this building.
