Hands down one of the best condos I’ve lived in! Location is everything – like 3 mins from Eaton Centre, 5 mins to Dundas Square, and super close to Ryerson. Security is friendly, the amenities are solid, and the management office is on it if you need anything. The whole vibe is nice and relaxed even though it’s right in the heart of downtown. Can’t ask for much more.

Core Condos has been awesome so far. Location is perfect – literally steps from two subway stations and just a few mins to Eaton Centre. It’s right near Yonge St but tucked away enough to stay quiet which I love. Property manager and concierge are actually both super responsive and actually helpful.. Plus, the building isn’t overly crowded like some of the crazy tall ones downtown, so you actually get to enjoy the space without tons of people around. Highly recommend it if you're looking for central but chill.
