Can’t beat the location. Right across from the park, close to the subway and yet still feels peaceful. The building is well maintained and my unit gets great light. It’s been a great place to live.

My unit has a functional layout and plenty of storage - rare these days. Elevators are a bit slow during busy times but nothing terrible. Overall it’s a great place if you want access to nature and still want to be in the city.
