The exterior of the building was designed to match St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church which sits next door, giving residents a Victorian-styled lobby to welcome them.Symphony palace was built in 1991, and as is often the case with older buildings, units here are much larger than those found in new buildings. With a trendy neighbourhood like King West, this property is ideal for first-time home buyers and young professionals. Given the size of condos in this building, there is also some appeal for empty nesters who are moving on from a detached home.Building amenities include: gym, sauna, party room, meeting room, concierge, security guard and parking garage.
