Torontonians can see the pair of towers from miles away, thanks to their tall and slender form, which slopes ever so slightly at the top.

    The two towers were constructed in 2015, with the higher of the two reaching to an impressive 40 storeys. A three-storey podium connects the two buildings, which contains retail businesses, a food court, and offices.

    In addition to the 573 North York condos spread throughout the Emerald Park Condos, the building contains a generous lineup of amenities. Residents have access to a party room, games room, and rooftop terrace, as well as a gym, sauna, and indoor pool. And to top it all off, 9 Bogert Ave and 11 Bogert Ave also boast a concierge, guest suites, and visitor parking.

    Thankfully, the units at Emerald Park Condos aren’t decorated head-to-toe in green. Instead, tasteful, neutral colour palettes can be found throughout the building, with suites appointed with 9’ ceilings, plank engineered hardwood flooring, and ultra-modern kitchens with Miele appliances.

This major intersection is home to an enormous Whole Foods Market as well as the Yonge Sheppard Centre, a mall containing Dollarama, Winners, multiple banks, a food court, and many other retail stores and services.

    Yonge Street north of Sheppard is also referred to as Koreatown North, the North York counterpart of Bloor Street West’s Koreatown. Here, residents can find some of the most authentic bibimbap and kimchi in the city, as well as Korean grocery stores and karaoke bars.

    Transportation

    One of the best things about living at 9 Bogert Ave and 11 Bogert Ave is not having to leave your building in order to reach the subway. These properties are situated directly atop the Sheppard-Yonge Station, allowing residents to ride trains north and south along the Yonge line or east on the Sheppard line. When using the Yonge line, passengers can travel all the way from here to Union Station in just 30 minutes.

    Drivers living at Emerald Park Condos are also in luck, as the Yonge on ramp for the 401 is just a few blocks away. Once on the 401, residents can head east toward the Don Valley Parkway or west to the 427 or Pearson International Airport. Alternatively, those heading into downtown Toronto can use Yonge to reach neighbourhoods like Yorkville, Yonge and Dundas, and the Financial District.

    Beautiful building with a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Great shops below, including a liquor store, grocery, bubble tea, and diverse food options from Indian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, and Korean cuisines.

    Honestly one of the better condos in North York. The amenities are solid - especially the pool and gym - and the double subway access is hard to beat. Feels like a mini-community inside the building with everything you need nearby.
